First of all, I would like to say that I highly recommend using this service, and want to express how grateful I am that Marco is providing it, as I have been searching for some time for the opportunity to complete fmt at home.
My reason for doing this is that I previously showed a very poor abundance of bacteria in my gut. I have wondered of this relates to my chronic fatigue and anxiety. I also know that the poor abundance of bacteria was not a good sign for my long term health, while evidence shows that probiotics and eating the required foods would do very little to help, after taking antibiotics for years as a teenager (for acne).
The instructions were clear and the process was very easy. I did have a few messages from the courier that needed answering quickly to prevent delays. Also, just a warning that customs fees worked out at £133 for anyone from the UK! The ice stayed frozen for well into the weekend, and it was warm (for the UK..) I took the frozen capsules on the Thursday at 12pm after fasting from the night before. Unfortunately, it was a stressful day, which wasn’t ideal for my new inhabitants, but I do think I have seen improvements. My HRV improved from averaging mid 60’s for several months, to averaging upper 70’s the following week and beyond, I also did have more energy in the first few days, which I burned through doing DIY tasks. I wish I had relaxed more now, as that would have been more of a healthy welcome.
My plan now is to save-up and repeat the process within the next year, to try and further increase my gut biota. My sister would also like to join me next time, having had similar issues.
If it is of help to anyone, I am adding this to TMS / mind-body work to develop my sense of safety and allow my body to heal naturally. Hopefully, the combination will pay off over time in terms of the fatigue and anxiety.
