I have had stomach/gut issues stemming my whole life. Started with daily nausea, bloating, and diarrhea. Nothing ever worked to help it and I kind of learned to within.
Recently, started exploring the options of a FMT after my stomach got worse after chronic antibiotic usage (Flagyl & doxycline). My gut issues turned into constipation, brain-fog, and even worse bloating.
I decided to choose DF6 and DF7 as my donors. Both had positive effects!
DF6 – felt more subtle. I noticed a little less bloating and a little better digestion. Although- my main goal was to get rid of the brainfog from the antibiotics.
DF7 – was extremely strong and noticed effects almost instantly (within 1-2 hours). DF7 was able to get rid of my antibitoic induced brainfog, got rid of my constipation, and helped bloating moderately. An extremely postive effect from DF7 was i felt my hair became alot thicker. Assuming alot of these effects were from DF7’s high bifobacterium count. I would highly recommend trying!
