In 2021 I did two transplants with the capsules, because of severe intestinal complaints that arose in 2010 after a 30-day course of antibiotics. The ordering and delivery process both went very smoothly. The capsules arrived at the agreed time and were very hygienically packed in dry ice. Due to very strict donor requirements, I had every confidence in this form of transplant.
The first time I took one amount (24 capsules) on an empty stomach with plenty of water. This seemed to work well, but unfortunately intestinal complaints returned after a week. Therefore decided to do a second transplant with double the amount (48 capsules). I combined this with a multi-day fast of 7 days (just coffee, tea and water with no added sugar or milk). On days one and two I completely emptied my bowels with 15 grams of Holland and Barrett Epsom salts, dissolved in warm water, 3 times a day. On day 5 I did the transplant with plenty of water. That day after the transplant I didn’t drink anything to allow the transplant to adhere properly to the intestine. On days 6 and 7 drank normally again, but of course did not eat anything for optimal adhesion to the intestine.
The result of this is extremely positive. My stool pattern has still improved enormously after about 6 months after the transplant. After having had a lot of physical complaints (diarrhoea, constipation, fatigue, concentration problems, etc.) for more than 10 years, I am more than 90 percent free of complaints. After more than 10 years, it is still very special for me to be able to flush a nice specimen every time after a visit to the toilet.
My experience with healthy intestinal flora has therefore worked out very positively for me and can absolutely recommend it to others with chronic intestinal complaints.
