On April 1 of this year, I received the FMT pills DF4 from you and immediately took them, according to your instructions. This was accompanied by some adjustment problems, because apparently the old microbiome had to adjust to the new microbiome first. After that, I soon started eating products containing gluten and lactose again.
As you also explained in your description. Now, after about 3 1/2 weeks, I can say that it looks like I am completely rid of my problems, that is, the severe intolerance is gone. I can eat and drink almost anything again without any problems!
So I have my quality of life back – THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP !!!
Should the situation worsen again, I will order another pack of DF4.
