This product literally changed my life. Besides stomach and intestinal issues, I suffered for years from debilitating fatigue, chronic pain, brain fog, and severe allergies. I felt constantly awful, could barely function, and could only do the bare minimum to survive, and sometimes not even that. Those were miserable and wasted years of my life.
I noticed my symptoms were much worse after eating. After cutting out gluten and dairy, I noticed a significant improvement in my energy, brain fog, and pain. This led me to suspect that many of my health problems were due to gut dysbiosis.
I found healthy gut flora and after some research I decided to give it a try – after all, I had tried everything, so why not try this too?
I started taking DF-7 a few months ago and immediately noticed improvements in my health, well-being, energy levels, gastrointestinal symptoms, and so on. I no longer felt awful after eating, my brain functioned better, and I had more energy. After a while, I took a few more doses of DF-6, which worked even better for me.
I decided to try 10 doses (I need a few more), as that’s the number many people have suggested in my research—however, this isn’t the suggestion for healthy gut flora, FYI; I’m just reporting what worked for me. In my experience, I think I benefited from taking more doses. After 3 doses, the benefits started to diminish a bit after a while, but with more doses, they seemed to “stick” and the improvements intensified.
The benefits have been truly life-changing. I feel SO much better and can do SO much more. For the first time in years, I feel like I can actually live a life and do things, instead of constantly feeling awful and unable to function. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done for my health!
