I have been suffering from psoriasis and intestinal problems all my life. Because this can cause some nice side effects and I don’t want to be stuck with this all my life, I started looking for alternatives. That’s how poop transplantation came my way.
I had a microbiome test done which showed that I had an overgrowth of Prevotella copri and a shortage of other good bacteria.
I chose DF6 because it contains many useful bacteria and no Prevotella copri at all.
A few hours after the pills, I felt a kind of warm glow through my body. The following days I was at times very tired, sometimes emotional but also calmer in my head.
That calmness still holds now, more than 4 weeks later.
I am now more quickly tired in the evening, I was always an evening person! So that takes some getting used to. I also feel healthier, for example I can suddenly digest vegetable protein shakes! Earlier I blew up from these like a balloon.
I still had some small psoriasis spots, despite the medication. These are now receding and are only a bit red without flakes.
I have also changed my diet a bit and can suddenly eat a lot more raw vegetables! This was impossible to do before!
All in all, satisfied with the result.
Soon I will do another microbiome test to see how things stand.
